Jalan Kayu URA Master Plan

Jalan Kayu is identified as one of the Food Paradise with its sounding characteristics with a unique identity.  This food street has taken for a change to allow route access to the Air Force in Seletar for the entry into the Seletar Aerospace Park.

The roads improvement programme is undergoing at Lorong Semat Link and nearby Thanggam LRT Station where Parc Botannia is standing.

The signature 32 units of Black and White Colonial Houses will be redeveloped into new age trendy food cafes and restaurants.
