There were talks that the North-east region is having limited connectivity islandwide.  Currently, there are 2 MRT Stations in Sengkang, Punggol servicing the increasing number of population in this young estate.

Transport Authority is exploring the infrastructure possibility to route the introduction of the Land Transport Master Plan 2040 to Sengkang and Punggol to maximise these two new estates benefit.

The existing nearest MRT station to Parc Botannia is Sengkang MRT Station.
